Datenschutzerklärung für Match-Teilnehmer

Datenschutzrechtlich verantwortlich sind der Systembetreiber (siehe Impressum) und der Veranstalter.

Mit der Meldung zum oder der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb erklärt sich der/die Teilnehmer/in aufgrund berechtigtem Interesse, zwecks Durchführung der Veranstaltung und gesetzlicher Verpflichtung, mit der elektronischen Speicherung, Verarbeitung und Weitergabe der wettkampfrelevanten personenbezogenen Daten ausschließlich für diesen Wettkampfzweck unter Angabe von Vor- und Nachname, email-Adresse, Vereinsname, Klasse und Wettkampfbezeichnung einverstanden.

Er/Sie willigt ebenfalls in die Veröffentlichung der Ergebnislisten, sowie aufgrund berechtigten Interesse, Fotos und Videos von der Veranstaltung und der Siegerehrung in Pressemedien, Aushängen, im Internet, auf Facebook und anderen sozialen Medien ein.

Die Ergebnislisten werden bei einem Widerspruch gegen die Veröffentlichung nicht geändert, sie bleiben bestehen.

Desweiteren stimmt der Match-Teilnehmer den Teilnahmebedingungen zu.
